GA: Glaoch ar Iarratas – Dlítheangeolaithe le Gaeilge

Chun freastal ar riachtanais na hArd–Stiúrthóireachta Ilteangachais, is mian le Cúirt Bhreithiúnais an Aontais Eorpaigh i Lucsamburg dlítheangeolaithe le Gaeilge a earcú.

Is iad seo a leanas na dualgais, i measc dualgais eile, a bheidh ar na dlítheangeolaithe: téacsanna dlí a aistriú (go háirithe breithiúnais na Cúirte Breithiúnais agus na Cúirte Ginearálta agus tuairimí de chuid na nAbhcóidí Ginearálta) go Gaeilge ó dhá theanga oifigiúla den Aontas Eorpach ar a laghad, athbhreithniú a dhéanamh ar na haistriúcháin sin, anailís dlí i gcomhar leis na Clárlanna agus na ranna eile den Chúirt Bhreithiúnais agus an téarmaíocht dlí a fhorbairt.

Chun bheith incháilithe chun na dualgais dhúshlánacha sin a chomhlíonadh, ní mór go sásóidh iarrthóirí na bunriachtanais seo a leanas, chomh maith leis na coinníollacha ginearálta is coiteann do na hinstitiúidí uile:

  • Cúrsa oiriúnach sa dlí a bheith críochnaithe acu, i.e. céim iomlán sa dlí arna bronnadh in Éirinn, nó a comhionann, agus/nó a bheith cáilithe mar abhcóide nó aturnae in Éirinn. Féadfar dioplómaí agus cáilíochtaí comhionanna arna mbronnadh sa Ríocht Aontaithe a chur san áireamh freisin.
  • I gcás na n–iarrthóirí a rinne cúrsa trí bliana, ní mór taithí oibre ghairmiúil iomchuí bliana amháin ar a laghad a bheith faighte acu.
  • Gaeilge a bheith ar a dtoil acu.
  • Sáreolas ar an bhFraincis a bheith acu.
  • Sáreolas ar theanga amháin eile de theangacha oifigiúla an Aontais Eorpaigh a bheith acu.
  • Eolas maith ar dhlí AE a bheith acu.
  • Cumas i leith gnáth–theicneolaíocht oifige a bheith acu.

Ba bhuntáiste é eolas ar theangacha oifigiúla eile den Aontas Eorpach agus aon taithí ghairmiúil ábhartha. Is trí scrúdú scríofa agus agallamh a dhéanfar an roghnú deiridh. Is éard a bheidh sa scrúdú ná téacs dlí arna dhréachtú i bhFraincis a aistriú go Gaeilge agus téacs dlí arna dhréachtú i gceann amháin eile de theangacha oifigiúla an Aontais Eorpaigh a aistriú go Gaeilge, de réir rogha an iarrthóra. Ní mór go mbeadh na haistriúcháin de réir an Chaighdeáin Oifigiúil, 2017. Tabharfar cuireadh chun agallaimh do na hiarrthóirí is fearr sna scrúduithe aistriúcháin.

Sula ndéanfar iarrthóir a earcú, ní mór dó nó di scrúdú leighis a dhéanamh go sásúil. Coinníollacha fostaíochta: táirgfear conarthaí sealadacha in–athnuaite do na hiarrthóirí a roghnófar. Déanfar an grád agus tuarastal tosaigh a chinneadh de bhun Choinníollacha Fostaíochta Sheirbhísigh Eile an Aontais de réir nádúr an fholúntais.

Is i Lucsamburg a bheidh an áit oibre, mar a suíonn an Chúirt.
