Launch of King’s Inns Law Review Volume VIII

The Editorial Board of King’s Inns Law Review are pleased to invite you to the Launch of the Eighth Volume of King’s Inns Law Review and the first Annual King’s Inns Law Review Lecture – Ireland and the ECHR Act 2003: 15 Years On.

Date: Tuesday 12th February 2019 at 6pm 

Location: Benchers’ Room, King’s Inns

Speakers on the night will include:

• The Honourable Mr Justice Frank Clarke, Chief Justice of Ireland
• Judge Ann Power SC, Presiding Judge of the Constitutional Court Chamber of the Kosovo Specialist Chamber and former Judge of the European Court of Human Rights.

Our speakers will address the 65th Anniversary of the coming into force of the European Convention of Human Rights and the 15th Anniversary of the European Convention of Human Rights Act 2003 with reference to recent developments in domestic and Strasbourg jurisprudence. 

The evening will be moderated by Dr Alan D.P. Brady BL. 

The event will be followed by a wine reception and refreshments will be served. CPD points awarded.
