Irish language moot Bréagchúirt Uí Dhálaigh to be held at King’s Inns and Four Courts on Friday 8 November 2019

GA: Beidh Bréagchúirt Uí Dhálaigh Gael Linn á reáchtáil i mbliana ar an Aoine an 8 Samhain 2019. Is Comórtas é seo do mhic léinn tríú leibhéal, ach go háirithe dóibh siúd atá ag déanamh staidéar ar an dlí. Achomharc in aghaidh breith cúirte atá i gceist. ​

Reáchtálfar na réamhbhabhtaí i rith an lae ar an Aoine an 8 Samhain 2019 in Óstaí an Rí agus reáchtálfar an chraobh os comhair breithiúna Ard–Chúirte an lá céanna sna Ceithre Cúirteanna ag 5pm le fáiltiú i Seomra Tae na nAbhcóidí ina dhiaidh.​

EN: Bréagchúirt Uí Dhálaigh – Gael Linn will take place this year on Friday 8 November 2019. This is an Irish language moot court competition for third level law students (including King’s Inns) and takes the form of an appeal.

The initial rounds will take place during the day on Friday 8 November 2019 in King’s Inns and the final will be held before High Court judges in the Four Courts the same day at 5pm with a reception in the Barristers’ Tea Room afterwards.

A copy of the case for the competition, the rules and application forms are available on the Gael Linn website HERE.

Lunch will be provide for all the participants on the day.
