The King’s Inns Library acquired an unusual but beautiful addition to their collection

The King’s Inns Library acquired an unusual but beautiful addition to their Library collection on Wednesday 11 December 2019, when a signed copy of Bláthanna: Irish Spaces in Flowers by Ruth Monahan, Kasia Skopinska and Ultan Devaney of Appassionata was presented by the authors to the Librarian Renate Ní Uigín and Under Treasurer / CEO Mary Griffin.

This 2019 Carrowmore publication presents a series of images of “floral short stories in Irish spaces” which includes the King’s Inns Dining Hall building on Constitution Hill.

The book can be purchased on Appasionata’s website here

Thanks to Claire Hanley for arranging this wonderful presentation.
