Our “…AND BREATHE” wellness series continues with a short 30–minute workshop on overcoming a slump and staying motivated, delivered by Ursula Cullen.
This event takes place on Wednesday, 3 November 2021, 8 pm, via Zoom.
Students on all courses, members and our wider alumni community are welcome to attend.
About the event
Ursula Cullen is a practising solicitor and a former barrister. She is also a qualified life and executive coach and speaker in the area of lawyer wellbeing. Ursula has also delivered our programme Optimising Personal Performance, which is available to view on Moodle for students.
Ursula will speak about ways to keep motivated when times get tough and how to keep performing at your best.
