Our “…AND BREATHE” wellness series continues with a 45–minute online workshop with Ursula Cullen – “What exactly is lawyer wellness and why is it important?”
This free event takes place on Tuesday, November 8, at 8 pm via Zoom. Students on all courses and subscribing members are welcome to attend.
About the event
Mental fitness is vital in a stressful profession, and becomes more and more important as we grow in our career – not only in dealing with clients, but with ourselves and our colleagues. Get tips from Ursula Cullen, a practising solicitor and a former barrister, on how to identify and maintain lawyer wellness.
Ursula is also a qualified life and executive coach and speaker in the area of lawyer wellbeing, and has delivered our programme Optimising Personal Performance, which is available to view on Moodle for students.
Topics will include:–
- What lawyer wellness actually is – and what it is not
- Tips and tools for dealing with stress
- Why lawyer wellness matters
- Removing the stigma around discussing mental health in law
