This is a 100% pure silk scarf measuring 135 cm x 30 cm. It has an off–white background with crimson and airforce blue colouring. The scarf design is based on the first wallpaper that was applied in 1832 in the Committee Room in the Library Building of King’s inns.
The original wallpaper was a French design and can be seen in the archives of the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris. The beautiful wallpaper was discovered during the course of redecoration in the 1990s.
