Overview

The Director of Legal & Advocacy is a senior leadership level role within the organisation. The successful candidate will be assigned to the Insolvency Supervision, Civil Enforcement & Advocacy Division and will report to a Member of the Authority.

The CEA also has a second legal post at Director level (i.e., Director of Legal), with the holder of that position being assigned to the Criminal Investigation & Digital Analytics Division. Each Director has a team of legal professionals and support staff reporting to them.
