King’s Inns Quality Assurance Manual

In its application to be established as a Listed Awarding Body King’s Inns is required to have quality assurance procedures that are appropriate to our context, overall goals, the scope of our awards and related services.  In the process of documenting, developing and enhancing quality assurance policies and procedures we have shown regard to the Core Statutory Quality Assurance Guidelines established by QQI for use by all providers and the Topic Specific Statutory Quality Assurance Guidelines developed for Listed Awarding Bodies.  King’s Inns is required to have access, transfer and progression (ATP) procedures in place that have regard to the policies and criteria for ATP published by QQI. As King’s Inns offers a range of blended and online learning programmes, we are required to have QA procedures in place that are in keeping with statutory guidelines for blended and online programmes. Finally, King’s Inns must meet the criteria set out in the Core Policies and Criteria for the Establishment of Listed Awarding Bodies and Policies Core and Criteria for the Inclusion of Awards within the Framework.

The layout of the King’s Inns Quality Assurance Manual aligns with the QQI Core Statutory Quality Assurance Guidelines.
