ELECTION OF AUDITOR – DECLARATION OF RESULT

Following the close of poll at 10.00am on the 3 November 2026, the Returning Officer, Ruadhán Mac Aodháin, examined and verified the results as provided by the Choice Voting platform.

Edel Daly student on the Full-time Barrister-at-Law Degree course was deemed by the Returning Officer to be elected as Auditor.

I would like to extend my congratulations to Edel on her election, and I look forward to working with her in the year ahead.

I would also like to extend my congratulations to the other four candidates on their participation in the process and on a keenly contested election.

Students’ names and King’s Inns email addresses, which had been provided to the Voting platform for the purposes of conducting the election, have now been securely deleted from the platform.
