“Employment is now conducted in a far more modern and complex world than in the past. Traditional models of managing employment issues were often limited to the 'Personnel Department'. Law, Regulation and a fundamentally different Employer Employee relationship requires all managers to be informed. Through excellent accessible lectures and papers the Kings Inns Advanced Diploma closes that gap.”
