King’s Inns provide a unique backdrop to impress customers and clients in a spacious and flexible setting. Our facilities include: Dining Hall, which seats up to 250 theatre-style and smaller rooms, capable of hosting from 6 up to 80 delegates. The Property and our professional team will ensure you create the right impression.

We have a variety of big and small spaces suitable for conferences, award ceremonies, business meetings, product launches, training sessions, and exhibitions. Facilities include; Dining Hall, which seats up to 250 theatre–style and smaller rooms, capable of hosting from 6 up to 60 delegates. 

Managed by Claire Hanley, our food and events partner, you are guaranteed that:

  • A range of menus is provided and special dietary requirements are respected and catered for, where advised.

  • Coffee, tea, juices, and mineral water can be provided throughout the day.

  • All assistance is provided to ensure your event will run according to your plan.

  • We can recommend and liaise with other like-minded professional service suppliers on your behalf. Print and Sign Design, AV and Technical Device Providers, Coach and Chauffeur Car Services, Lighting and Technical Support, Music and Talent, Registration Hosts, Florists.

Venue Hire Includes:

  • Complimentary Parking.

  • Flexible and effective working environment.

  • PA system and raised Dias in the Dining Hall.

  • Use of Lectern in certain rooms.

  • Use of custom designed tables and chairs within the building.

  • A range of crockery, cutlery and glasses.

  • Complementary wireless Internet access in all areas with own guest use access code.

  • White linen and use of 5-arm candelabras.

  • AV equipment, LCD projector and screen in certain rooms.

Christmas at
King’s Inns

Christmas is always a wonderful time in King’s Inns with the giant Christmas tree and roaring fires in our Dining Hall. Kitchen preparations start in the summer for us with the whiffs of Christmas pudding spices, sweet smells of Christmas cakes baking and jars of mincemeat maturing away.

Christmas time is about celebrating with colleagues, family, and friends. Why not celebrate here among the magnificent setting of King’s Inns. No matter how small or big your party will be, we can cater for your needs, from an private gathering in our Bar Room, an elegant dinner in the Benchers’ Room or an elaborate themed Nut Cracker banquet in the Dining Hall.

CHRISTMAS PARTY DATES

Every year, we have a limited number of mid–week and weekend dates available in November and December for your Christmas celebrations.
